Return Policy
The COMPANY supports E-Commerce and gives you the opportunity to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with its products through comprehensive online descriptions, allowing you to quickly and easily explore them from your computer screen.
To highlight the benefits of using the internet for daily purchases, we present the terms and conditions for returning both defective and non-defective products.
Product Returns Due to Delivery Error
If incorrect items are delivered (either in type or quantity), as agreed in writing with the COMPANY, the customer is required to return the products for verification of the error. In such cases, the COMPANY will bear the cost of returning the products and reshipping them to the customer, provided the return method proposed by the COMPANY is followed.
Returns of Defective Products
If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, the following applies:
The product must be returned with all original documents (e.g., DAT, Retail Receipt, etc.) and complete packaging.
Returns can be handled by the COMPANY’s personnel or via courier. If returned via courier, the customer will cover the shipping cost to the COMPANY, while the COMPANY covers the cost of shipping the replacement product.
Upon receiving the returned product, the defect will be checked. The customer will be contacted with the results.
If the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced. If no defect is found, the transaction will be canceled. The refund for the original purchase will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
For credit card payments: The COMPANY will notify the issuing bank to cancel the transaction, and the bank will process it according to the customer’s agreement with the bank.
For cash payments (if “pick up from the store” was selected): The refund will be processed at any store in the COMPANY’s network
For bank transfer payments: A reverse transfer will be made from the COMPANY’s accounts to the customer.
If the returned products are damaged or incomplete, the Online Store reserves the right to request compensation, based on the condition of the products, and may offset this claim against the customer unilaterally.
Returns of Products Deemed Defective on Arrival (DOA)
Returns for products considered defective on arrival (DOA) will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days from delivery. The product must be undamaged and returned with all original documentation (e.g., VAT number, Retail Address, etc.) and packaging. The following conditions must apply:
The product will be inspected to verify the reported defect.
If confirmed, it will be replaced with a new product of the same quality and price, or, in case of unavailability, with another new product of similar quality and price.
If the customer does not want a replacement, a full refund will be provided.
The refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment
