Raisin pie with sweet quince preserve

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • 1 baking powder
  • 250g sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons of chopped sweet quince preserve
  • 1 glass of raisins
  • 500g flour
  • A few coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

Mix the first 4 ingredients with the wire whisk and then add the rest, always mixing well. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan and bake in a preheated oven for 35-45 minutes. Check if it is well baked by dipping the blade of a knife into the pie. If it comes out clean, then our dessert is ready, otherwise leave it a little longer. After it has cooled, serve and if desired, sprinkle with a little icing sugar for a more beautiful result.
