Pasta Frola of Cretan Origin

Ingredients

  • 250g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1k flour
  • 1 jar Synergasia strawberry jam

Instructions

Mix the butter with the sugar until it turns white and add the eggs one at a time, while mixing. Then add the milk (at room temperature) and finally add the baking powder together with the flour little by little, until it becomes a uniform and soft dough that does not stick to your hands.

Spread the dough on a baking sheet, spread the jam on top and bake at 180° C for one hour.
