Rakomelo

Ingredients

  • 500ml raki
  • 3 tablespoons Synergasia honey
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cloves

Instructions

Put the raki and spices in a saucepan and heat over low heat. Be careful not to boil because the alcohol will evaporate. Once it is hot, add the honey and stir until the honey melts (again, be careful not to boil). Remove from heat, put in a bottle and once it has cooled, store in the refrigerator. It can be drunk cold or slightly warmed.
